Operational coordination and production support for the ACI EUROPE Regional Airports Conference & Exhibition 2024 in Dubrovnik, bringing together aviation professionals, airport representatives, and industry stakeholders from across Europe.

The multi-day programme required structured logistics, stakeholder coordination, venue management, hospitality planning, media coordination and seamless on-site execution, alongside a series of social events and a farewell gala dinner designed to reflect the character of the destination within an international corporate environment.
